Review: Baby Face series
Each of these little board books shows what the various parts of our faces do and explains it in simple language for babies.
Eyes (“your eyes can see”), nose (“your nose can smell”), mouth (“your mouth can taste treats”) and eyes (“your ears can hear”).
If there’s one thing babies cannot get enough of, it’s faces. They love looking at faces everywhere: in real life, on kids and adults, and in books.
They will love the gorgeous illustrations and share a little giggle with you at the cheeky little games (“got your nose!”) included in the text.
Each book is short and simple, just the way babies love a book. And, as they grow a little older, more discussion can be had about their eyes, nose, mouth and ears, and about the little details in the illustrations. There will be much pointing, to teddy bears, flowers and eyes (watch yours aren’t poked out by a little finger!).
The sturdy board books are perfect for inquisitive little hands wanting to use those big eyes for a closer look at gorgeous baby faces.
This is a beautiful series for babies, and great for reading from birth right through to the toddler years.
