Review: Oliver and George

George is busy reading. He's enjoying his book, but Oliver wants to play.

He keeps asking if George is finished yet. But he isn't. Oliver waits but George keeps reading. So Oliver throws a paper plane at George, who keeps reading. So he breaks George's chair ...

George keeps reading. So Oliver keeps pestering.

Eventually, the ever-patient George throws his toys out of the pram, and Oliver is, well, forced to apologise.

George smiles. He's now ready to play with his young friend, but--uh-oh! Oliver has found something else to play with.

A charming book for younger readers. Featuring adorable illustrations with lots of white space, large font and a storyline little ones will not only relate to, but giggle over--this is another winner from this talented author/illustrator.
