Review: Elizabeth Rose On Parade

We first met Elizabeth Rose in the delightful I Love You 5 Lollipops. Now, she's back with the rest of her circus family to lead the parade into the Big Top.

The puppy might know how to bow, the clown might have a shiny nose, and the showgirl might have bright clothes, but they don't know how to delight or enchant like Elizabeth Rose. Not even hoop-throwing gypsies, speeding cannonball men or fire-breathing artists can excite or amaze like Elizabeth Rose!

This is another gorgeous celebration of the simple things in life. For while Elizabeth Rose's family and fellow performers can all dazzle with extraordinary tricks and artistry, it's Elizabeth Rose who draws the eye as she just gets on with doing what she loves — playing with the puppy or turning cartwheels. Being herself.

Featuring short rhyming phrases accompanied by exquisitely beautiful illustrations, this is a book that little girls in particular will love.
