Junior Review: Little Lunch - The Collection

Little Lunch is a TV series that I really loved watching. When I found out that the series had been made into books I couldn't wait to read them. I read the whole series super quickly over two days because I couldn't put them down. These books are funny and exciting, sometimes I even laughed out loud.

Little Lunch is about six kids who get up to a lot during their 15 minutes of play time at school. The things they do are realistic and might happen in any school yard. My favourite character is Melanie. She is the most like me because she cares about nature and loves puppies. The six kids are very different from each other, so I think that most kids would find a character to relate to.

There are four books in the series with three stories in each book. It is easy to read with large words and little black and white pictures on each page. I think these books would be enjoyed by anyone who goes to primary school. Its lots of fun!
