Review: Sticker World - Airport

Another wonderful activity book by Lonely Planet Kids, this time focused on creating your own airport. Sticker World: Airport is packed with over 30 pages of educational activities and more than 500 stickers to keep children busy.

It all starts with naming your airport and designing its entry signage. Then join characters Marco and Amelia to journey through the pages filled with drawing and sticker activities based on airport themes such as check-in, money, passports, luggage, shopping, in-flight meals, and more. Designing flight attendant uniforms and suitcase contents as seen on an x-ray machine are some of the activities I found fun and unique.

The overall style is striking with a bold minimal colour palette, lots of red, yellow and green. The activities allow for lots of imagination, it suggests some stickers go on particular pages, but there are so many, that you can really go wild, there are no hard and fast rules here just fabulous fun!

Perfect activity book for children to take when travelling, especially on a plane. I can’t wait to share it with my young one when we travel on a plane in a few weeks’ time.

Sticker World: Airport has been released at the same time as Sticker World - Farm and Castle, it also follows previous books from the same series: Sticker World - Museum, Zoo and Theme Park.
