Review: League of Llamas: Undercover Llamas (Book 3) & Rogue Llama (Book 4)

Get ready to be addicted to a new series, League of Llamas that will make you laugh out loud at the hilarious antics these secret agent llamas get mixed up in. If you have missed the first two books in the series The Golden Llama and Llama Impossible no problems. These books can be read on their own, however these stories are definitely worth the read.

LOL or better known as League of Llamas is headed up by the formidable Mama Llama who rules her agents and the agency with an iron hoof. 

Together with her top three agents; Agent 0011 Phillipe Llamar who is dashing, handsome and cannot stop admiring his luxurious fringe and who is secretly in love with Agent 0077 Elloise Llamaresky who is smart and sassy, then there is Agent 0013 Lloyd Llamanator who eats everything and anything when he is stressed. 

They fight crime and enemies that threaten their city including arch enemy General Bottomburp, an odious badger who is always up to no good.

Undercover Llamas has the trio going undercover as rock stars! Going in as band members for superstar Bruno Llamars on his next tour of Chickenlovakia. Their mission is to catch a number of fiendish fowls who are dangerous, peck happy and want to take over the world.

Rogue Llama sees Phillipe on the run and disgraced. After reportedly being the rogue llama who terrorised the city by blowing up the Eyeful of Llama Tower and attacking an innocent helicopter crew. 

Forced to turn in his badge, Phillipe is on his own to find the real culprit who set him up. Disguised as a giraffe, Phillipe will need all the help he can get to solve this crime.

These first chapter books by Australian author Aleesah Darlison will leave readers wanting more of the secret agent Llamas and their funny antics as they try to save the world. 

Clever and hilariously funny illustrations by Simon Greiner will ignite your imagination and tickle your funny bone. The play on words and placenames will have everyone laughing out loud. 

Regardless of whether the trio are diving out of planes with feather pillows instead of parachutes, zipping along in a red Llamaborgini that suddenly flies or using Butt-cam footage to identify the bad guys - this series will leave you wanting more.
